Jumbo’s Clown Room reviews

5153 Hollywood Blvd. Hollywood, CA. 90027 1-323-666-1187

Established in 1970, Jumbo’s Clown Room is a landmark strip club in LA. It’s seven and a half miles from the central area in a brick building that isn’t much to look at, but that’s not what I, or you are hunting for. It is located in an urban area that isn’t weird or shady since there is a Thai and pastry place basically next door.  On the downside, the parking is all street, and since its in such a busy area, it can be hard to park here. As far as the club, first of all to notice, NO COVER CHARGE. Jumbo loves your money as much as you do, so spend it on the dancers and the drinks. The performances here are well thought out and executed with crazy costumes, planned out acts and shows to meet different needs. The strippers also fill a type of class that I love, tats, piercings and leather. Some strippers also are experienced in the leather whip trade, so watch yourself! Since this place isn’t fully nude, they serve alcohol, meaning its 21 and up. Sorry kiddos. For those of us that can enjoy the beverages, they’re moderately priced and pretty strong. That’s always a bonus, right? This place is the kind of niche type place that only certain people like. Also check out the website for special events, especially during the holidays, because you always wanted to see a tatted, pierced Leprechaun strip for gold right!? I would recommend going to check it out, but if you have Coulrophobia, fear of clowns, double check the images on the site before strolling down to Jumbo’s Clown Room in Los Angeles.
